In all my years, nothing has fascinated or captivated my attention more than the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.<\/p>\n

I’ve used it to learn more about my strengths (and my weaknesses), improve relationships and communication, but even more importantly…today, I use it in business.<\/p>\n

I use it when I am hiring, I use it when I am crafting my offers, and I use it to lead and empower my team.<\/p>\n
